A PAT ON THE BACK:
To Andrew Kerfonta (KD5IBO) who is planning a program for young people on amateur radio. Way to go Andy!
SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT:
Club officers are not elected to do everything. They are put in office to manage the clubs affairs. At any given point in time, the club is nothing more than a reflection of the membership. When viewed from the outside, the status of amateur radio in Sweet Union is measured by the perception that people have of UCARS. Dont be a member in name only. Get involved! Find a way to contribute! If you volunteer, follow through with the commitment!
SWAP NETS:
For the June 19th and 26th UCARS Nets, the net activity will be turned over to allowing interested people to list items that they have that they would like to sell/swap. If you have something to sell or if you might be interesting in acquiring something, why not listen in?
